Viv Update (As of Q3 2023)

Project Overview

Viv is located at 1000 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida and is being developed into two 11-story residential towers above a 4-story parking garage, featuring approximately 269-apartment homes consisting of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, with approximately 15,500 square feet of retail space located on the first level. Amenities will include a sky lounge, fitness center, courtyard with a swimming pool, shared working space, game room, and a leasing office.

Location Overview

Viv is located in the downtown district of St. Petersburg, approximately 1 mile from the St. Pete Pier and waterfront. The development is also approximately half a mile from the $6.5B Tropicana Field redevelopment and features direct access to downtown amenities such as public parking, restaurants, museums and cultural sites.

Construction Progress

 

Construction is advancing steadily, with progress made in various aspects of the site. The primary areas of focus have been auger pile installation, parking garage construction, tower development, and critical infrastructure installations.

The auger pile installation has been successfully completed.

The construction of the parking garage, spanning four levels, is well underway. West Tower A has completed the deck placement through level 4. West Tower B is in the process of forming the 4th level. West Tower B is actively forming its 4th level. In the East Tower A, deck placement has also been completed through level 3. Similarly, East Tower B is in the process of forming its 3rd level.

Temporary power has been installed, and unground conduit installation is in progress. The construction of tower cranes is complete, and they are now operational. Forming and reinforcing of pile caps continues.

The successful completion of these milestones reflects the dedication and expertise of the construction team, keeping the project progressing and moving forward into the upcoming phases.
