Our publicly traded partnership structure allows us to acquire other Qualified Opportunity Funds that have already stabilized their assets without triggering an inclusion event and thereby eliminating what we believe to be the biggest risk in Opportunity Zone investing, the construction risk.
We are seeking to partner with experienced developers who have
local knowledge and expertise.
We are also seeking QOF managers who have stabilized assets and are looking for an exit opportunity.
